 The newest restaurant to open in town, the Sesame, promises to rank among the best Indian and Thai restaurants across Britain. It’s owners two reasons: first is the quality of their gastronomy which is not just fine cuisine but the finest of fine cuisine. The second is their “exemplary dedication to client service”.

 Our Chefs and managers earned their laurels raising the culinary profile of Indian and Thai cuisine in the exclusive Indian and Thai restaurants in the subcontinent and, more pertinently in restaurants in some of the most celebrated hotels around the world.

 Collectively, these five star establishments include to Kuwait Sheraton, the international Taj group in India and Middle East and Ramada, the Hilton Beach Hotel, the Hayat Regency and Le Meridian in Dubai, Haunt of the very rich and famous.

 Both Indian and Thai Menus at the Sesame are very comprehensive, offering a wide range of main ingredients, with the Indian menu including Kadai, Balti and Biryani dishes and the Thai the three green, red and yellow curry as well as masman.

 But, as the connoisseurs say, the proof is always in the eating.
